Dow AgroSciences to resubmit data to support the nematicide

Dow AgroSciences is preparing to resubmit data to support the nematicide, 1,3-dichloropropene (1,3-D), through the EU review of existing active ingredients. In May, the EU Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health voted in favour of a European Commission proposal not to re-register the ai (Agrow No 520, p 8). However, Dow maintains that additional data provided was not considered in the latest decision....
