MRL harmonisation

EU rules to harmonise pesticide maximum residue limits (MRLs) will finally be implemented on September 1st 2008. The three Annexes that will list MRLs in the new EU pesticide MRL Regulation (396/2005) were formally established this month by the European Commission.
