BASF retains the right to sell

BASF has agreed to provide Bayer Environmental Science with the triazole fungicide, triticonazole, for the US and Canadian turf and landscape ornamental markets. The supply agreement is limited to certain uses, such as golf courses, landscaping and professional lawn care. BASF retains the right to sell the fungicide in all markets where it is registered....
