Updates questioned

The European Commission's proposals to revise the EU agrochemical registration Directive (91/414) would fail to implement the planned shorter approval times, the European Crop Protection Association (ECPA) warns. ECPA regulatory affairs director Euros Jones has questioned the desirability of the measures that are to achieve shorter processing times as well as whether such timelines are realistic.
