FAO may withdraw pesticide specs by end of year

The UN FAO is to withdraw the quality specifications for certain pesticides by the end of this year unless manufacturers or others provide it with appropriate methods for analysing impurities. The specifications were drawn up under the "old procedure", which was replaced by a new system in 1999 (Agrow No 335, p 18)....
