  • Sie leiten Studien zum Grund- und Oberflächenwasserschutz im Rahmen der Anforderung der Pflanzenschutzmittelzulassung in Deutschland und Europa.
  • Sie managen internationale Projekte in Bezug auf das Monitoring von Pflanzenschutzmittelrückständen.
  • Sie erheben Daten aus den Bereichen Grund- und Oberflächenwasser sowie Boden und interpretieren und berichten diese.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Qualität der Studien, Einhaltung zeitlicher Vorgaben und Budgets.
  • Sie beraten und betreuen unsere internationalen Kunden bei der Projektentwicklung und -abwicklung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie können ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium vorweisen, bevorzugt im Bereich Hydrogeologie oder Hydrologie.
  • Sie bringen umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in den relevanten Aufgaben mit.
  • Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Bereich Pflanzenschutzmittel und/oder Wasser-Monitoring.

Experienced Regulatory Ecotoxicologist required Visit tsgeurope.com TSGE is looking for an Ecotoxicologist to join their international regulatory affairs team. The successful candidate will work with other specialists involved in regulatory submissions and provide expertise in all areas of ecotoxicology. In addition to conducting environmental risk assessments and preparing registration dossiers and submissions, expertise in solving challenging regulatory hurdles is required.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ecotoxicology specialist in an expanding regulatory affairs team. The ideal candidate will have a post graduate qualification or experience from industry, contract research or consultancy in ecotoxicology, a sound understanding of regulatory and practical ecotoxicology and experience in dossier preparation. Candidates should be motivated to develop their expertise and be a confident communicator with strong scientific writing abilities.

In line with this demand, Battelle is now creating two exciting new positions to strengthen their regulatory affairs team in Europe:

Study Director, E-fate/Plant Metabolism (m/f), Ref. S215: This strategically important role, based in Battelle’s Ongar office in the UK, will focus on building the organisation’s consultancy services in the critical fields of Environmental Fate and Plant Metabolism. Key to this will be the recruitment and development of a team of some 5 Analytical Scientists who will conduct GLP compliant regulatory studies to obtain the scientific data necessary to meet EU and national regulatory standards and to achieve, as far as possible, client’s regulatory objectives. Qualified to at least masters degree level in an appropriate scientific discipline, you will be an experienced E-fate specialist, with a track record of registration successes in either the agrochemical industry or with a CRO. With first class communication skills in English and (ideally) another major European language, you will also have gained experience in developing/managing a small scientific team and in working with a wide diversity of colleagues, collaborators etc.

Business Development Executive (m/f), Ref. S216: Based in Geneva, Switzerland, the focus of this role will be on maximising business development opportunities with existing Battelle customers in Europe and on winning regulatory projects and laboratory studies from new customers who may be at an early stage of launching their products in the European region. Reporting to the Agrifood Business Development Manager, the position also has an important program management function with key clients and in working with sub-contract partners to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate data to client companies. With a relevant Agri/Life Sciences degree, you will have undergone a comprehensive training in regulatory affairs either in the European agrochemicals industry or with a major CRO. You will also be a skilled negotiator with the proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
