- Achieved continual improvement in system and quality process with a target of RCIR rating to a level of 8.
- Instrumental in Quality Inspection of agrochemical goods, for export to different countries and local supplies on behalf of various industries.
- Efficiently managed environmental pollution monitoring on behalf of state Pollution Control Board and coordination for inspection and other regulatory affairs.

Work experience
- Over 31 years of experience in Rallis India Ltd, one of the flagship companies of TATA group. I have rich experience in manufacturing/quality control operations with rich exposure to Product Development, SCM, Quality Assurance, Profit Centre Operations and HR.
- Effectively headed and handled new product development activities of the various products and formulation of agrochemicals and fine chemicals.
- Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost, raw materials, etc.
- Certified Internal Assessor qualification standards for TATA business excellence model.
